Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with other necessities. 

Our standard movie package includes:

  • Giant inflatable movie screen
  • HD projector
  • Premium speakers
  • Inflatable lounge chairs
  • Popcorn machine
  • Complete setup and breakdown

 

We recommend a flat, open area such as a backyard, park, or event space with enough room for the inflatable screen, seating, and guests.

Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the event location and package selected. We arrive before your scheduled movie time to ensure everything is ready.

For the best viewing experience, movies should begin at or just after sunset. The darker it gets, the better the picture quality.

Yes! We can play movies through your preferred streaming service (customer login required AND wifi ) or other approved media sources.

Gaming systems can be connected to projector with an HDMI provided by the customer. 

Your safety and equipment protection are our priority. If severe weather is expected, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event whenever possible.

 

Yes. We’ll need access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the setup area. Extension Cord not provided

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due the day before your event. Any unpaid balances not paid by the event day will lose their rental for the day. 

To reserve your event date, a nonrefundable deposit is required.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit/payment.
  • If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your event to have your payment applied to a new date (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations that are not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original event date will also forfeit any payments made.
  • In the event of severe weather, we’ll gladly work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession.
  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, or smoking are permitted on the inflatable chairs.
  • Please do not move or attempt to disassemble any equipment.
  • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts may result in repair or replacement charges.
